With Christmas fast approaching, we’ve been reflecting on a busy and very rewarding 2026, filled with hotel openings, refurbishments and milestones.

We started the year with three new Garner Hotel Openings in Lincoln, Rotherham East and Chesterfield during Q1.

Since then, we’ve rebranded our flagship London hotel as voco London Bloomsbury, celebrated the launch of voco Letchworth Hall, and reopened Holiday Inn Cardiff North M4 Jn32 following a complete refurbishment.

Our Sales team of Gill Nunn and Karyn Clifford represented the Fairview Hotels LTD at the IHG Hotels & Resorts European Sales Summit at the Intercontinental Berlin in July.

Gill Nunn joined Georgette Willems of Accor on a road trip, visiting MICE agents across the country in September.

Behind each of these milestones is a huge amount of hard work.

Thank you to all the teams and partners whose dedication has helped bring these projects to life.

Looking ahead, 2027 is already shaping up to be just as busy, with Novotel Stevenage scheduled to open at the end of Q1 following a full refurbishment.

There’s plenty to be proud of as we close out 2026, and so much to look forward to in the year ahead.
