04.04.26 Letchworth Hall Hotel I don’t even know where to start! We got married at Letchworth Hall Hotel on Easter weekend, with many of our guests and ourselves staying for the whole weekend. From the minute we checked in to the minute we left everything was perfect! All the guests who stayed said their rooms were spotless, so comfortable and would definitely be back! Not forgetting the rooms, they gave us for our bridal suite - beautiful! The venue was so flexible with all my requests during planning and took care of the whole set up of the day at every part. We didn’t have to worry about anything! The food was insane, we had pizza for canapés (can’t tell you how many guests have said they need to go back for more pizza at the hotel), a lovely 3 course meal and burger bar for evening. The team at Letchworth Hall went above and beyond to help make our day absolutely perfect and we couldn’t be more thankful. Everyone was so friendly and professional and made every part of the day seamless! We cannot fault a single part! The most beautiful venue with the most wonderful team who gave us the most magical day.

Immaculate venue and service Beautiful setting, immaculate rooms, friendly staff, food in the restaurant was fabulous! 10/10 Try the chicken Caesar salad is amazing. Also the Lamb rump and the superb Sunday Roast !

Great place, great staff. Susan and her well trained, friendly and very professional team of staff make a stay at the Ipswich Novotel an extremely easy going experience. All of her staff, the housekeeping, restaurant, talented chefs, front and back office staff have a ‘can do’ attitude. From the moment you arrive until your departure, you are made to feel welcome. Whether business or pleasure, staying at the Novotel is memorable for all of the right reasons. Rooms clean, food is good - I can recommend the Club Sandwich. Go for a walk, visit shops or just wander window shopping, a nice place to stop.

Great manager/Great stay Staying at this hotel was very lovely the staff were friendly and helpful but my Biggest praise has to go to the manager Jamie. He was funny helpful and was very much on time with what ever I asked of him. So thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

Modern and Friendly Brilliant hotel, super easy check in and had a very comfy and tidy room. Very modern and good amenities. Good location for restaurants and hadrians wall. Nice bar with a stunning pint of Stella 🍺☺️

Great hotel, convenient location, helpful staff We found this hotel by chance when browsing booking.com - we were looking for somewhere to stay to break up our journey further south and this was ideal. The location is very convenient, just off the M18 with a Greene King pub, McDonalds and Morrisons all on the same park. There is plenty of free parking. The hotel had clearly been refurnished recently and had everything we had anticipated, the rooms were furnished to a high standard, the beds comfy and the bathroom large with plenty of hot water. We interacted with three members of staff during our brief stay with everyone being welcoming and friendly and, a special mention for Carole who couldn't do enough to help. Our expectations were exceeded and we would definitely stay again when making a similar journey.
