Fairview Hotels purchased three former Ibis Hotels from Essendi on 28th of August 2025. Following a major multi million pound refurbishment the three hotels relaunched as Garner Hotel Chesterfield North, Garner Hotel Rotherham and Garner Hotel Lincoln in February 2025 and they are now available to book via IHG website or by following the links on our website.
